I just had to fill out a form that required me to remember when I graduated college. I had to search this blob to find the answer.
For the record, I graduated just over a year ago. Why on earth I would have thought it was more than 2 years ago, I just don't fucking know.
This shit happens to me a lot lately.
I just can't remember things. Like birthdays, mother's day, to eat breakfast, to clean spilled milkshake out of the car, why I'm standing in the bathroom...
You'd think that I'd have remembered when I graduated college, though.
What's even worse? I don't even know where the hell my degree is.
Oh, PLEASE, don't make me go look for that somewhere.

DeleteWow, I have no idea where either of my degrees are. And I didn't realize I had a big deal reunion this year until people started mentioning it on Facebook. I would remember nothing if Facebook didn't remind me. I have friends who can't remember their anniversary every year. Even with Facebook.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me more glad I'm not on Facebook. I don't want to be reminded of his many birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and reunions I have FORGOTTEN.

DeleteI'm fairly certain people frame their degrees and hang them on the wall simply so they know where to find them. Worst art ever.
ReplyDeleteThose people probably don't live in RVs where every possible bit of wall is covered by cabinetry or cut out for a window or door. Maybe my degree would make a good sunshade over my windows, assuming I can find it.
